Oncology Physician Locums Job in Arizona | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Beginning January 5 – Ongoing | Assignment #112438

Coverage Details
-- Two providers needed
-- Full-time: 4 weeks per month
-- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
-- Back-up call: 24-hour call for NP coverage on weekends

Shift Description
-- Primarily outpatient clinic attached to hospital
-- Inpatient rounds on new consults and existing patients
-- Must participate in tumor boards

Requirements
-- Board Certification – Highly Preferred
-- AZ state license or IMLC - Required
-- Clean Malpractice - Highly Preferred
-- BLS, DEA - Required

Additional Details
-- EMR: Cerner
-- Support Staff: 2 NPs, 2 program coordinators, 2 referrals/auth coordinators, 2 MAs, 2 infusion schedulers, 2 RNs for triage
