Job Description
We're welcoming a permanent Hematology-Oncology physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed oncology program in Western Arkansas. This program is experiencing significant and sustained patient demand and is focused on long-term growth, sustainability, and retention.
Practice
Predominantly outpatient Hematology-Oncology practice with clinic and infusion-based care
Approximate mix of 60% Oncology / 40% Hematology
15-chair, hospital-staffed infusion center directly connected to the clinic
Strong APP support, including clinic-based APPs and PA support for inpatient rounding
Minimal inpatient responsibilities, limited to occasional consults
No formal weekend call | Rare emergencies
Access to tumor boards and clinical collaboration through UAMS
AI documentation support in place to reduce physician documentation time
Compensation & Benefits
