Job Description
The Client:
This leading network of medical centers provides high quality, integrated care to adults and senior patients throughout Florida. Their 70,000+ value-based care patients are supported by a 530-member team that includes 100+ primary care providers and 30+ specialists across their network.
Position Details:
Offering an appealing 50/50 blend of Hematology and Oncology
Must be board certified in both Hematology and Oncology
Reasonable patient volumes: average of 14 daily
5 day work week, but most MD's are out the door by 2:30 pm
No weekday call
Minimal weekend call: only 1:4 averaging 1 inpatient call
Highly competitive salary with generous bonuses given quarterly
Comprehensive benefits package includes all the expected perks
Living in Coastal Florida:
This charming town offers a blend of historic charm, a thriving arts scene, outdoor activities with cool beach vibes and waterways
The area offers a slightly slower paced environment than Tampa, which is only 45 miles away

The town also offers more affordable housing options than Sarasota and St. Petersburg. This family friendly area has above average public schools with a student teacher ratio of 21:1
