Oncology and Hematology Locum-To-Perm Job in Idaho | Clinic Hours + Call | Ongoing Coverage Starting 1/12/2026 | Assignment #112406

Coverage Needed:
-- 1/12/2026 – Ongoing
-- Facility accepting multiple providers
-- Locum-to-Perm

Shift Descriptions:
-- Clinic (8am-4:30pm) plus call
-- Call response time: 30 minutes

Requirements:
-- Board certified
-- Fellowship
-- Must be licensed in Idaho or IMLC
-- BLS certification

Assignment Details:
-- Level III trauma facility
-- Onsite radiation oncology surgery, IR, and lab
-- Support staff includes RNs and PA/NPs
-- Patients per day: 15-20
-- EMR: MOSAIQ
-- Rounding on assigned patients, call coverage for unassigned patients
-- Temporary privileges available
