Hematology and Oncology Locums Job in Idaho | Scheduled Clinical Hours Only | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #113066

Coverage Details
-- ASAP – Ongoing
-- Facility will accept multiple providers
-- Outpatient and inpatient coverage required
-- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60 days (temporary privileges available)

Requirements
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Fellowship
-- BLS

Assignment Details
-- Patients per shift: 15–20 clinic patients per day; 45 infusion patients through infusion center
-- Support staff: 20 RNs, 2 PAs/NPs, 25 office staff
-- Facility Trauma Level: 3
-- Supervision Requirement: No supervision of APPs required
-- Clinic staffed with OCN nurses
-- Hospitalists admit patients if needed
-- Telephone call very limited
-- NP sees patients every other visit and treatment patients; MD sees new patients
-- Onsite radiation oncology, surgery, IR, and lab
-- EMR: MOSAIQ
