Coverage Details
-- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM
-- Credentialing: 60 days with IN license; 90 days without

Requirements
-- Board Certification
-- Active Indiana State License
-- BLS

Required Procedures
-- Management of VAD/CV Catheters
-- Bone Marrow Biopsy

Required Duties
-- Participation on Tumor Board
-- Management of Bone Marrow Transplants
-- Orders Tests
-- Blood Bank
-- Orders Images
-- Prescribes

Assignment Details
-- Practice Setting: Outpatient Medical Oncology
-- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
-- Hematology: 50% | Oncology: 50% | Internal Medicine: 0%
-- Average Patients per Day (Clinic): 30
-- Administration of chemotherapy by physician and/or nurse oncologist
-- EMR: EPIC
