Coverage Needed:

Shift Descriptions:
-- Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Requirements:
-- Board Certified
-- Must be licensed in Indiana
-- BLS certification
-- Procedures: Management of VAD/CV Catheters, Bone Marrow Biopsy
-- Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Management of Bone Marrow Transplants, Order Tests/Images, Blood Bank, Prescribe
Assignment Details:
-- Outpatient setting
-- Average number of patients per day: 30
-- EMR: Epic
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
