$700K+ starting base salary guarantee
Up to $500K signing bonus (forgiven over 5 yrs)
2-yr track to partnership w/ no expensive buy-in
Anticipated post-guarantee earnings of $1-1.2M+, thanks in large part to infusion-related profitability & ancillary distributions
16-chair infusion center exclusively for Oncology (plus 2nd infusion center w/ 10 chairs for everything else)

More than 40 specialties in-house = extensive opportunities for collaboration & streamlined multidisciplinary care
Turn-key opportunity: 90% of all patients are internal referrals
Hem/Onc team includes 3 medical oncologists, APPs, full-time pharmacist, clinic & infusion RNs (all oncology certified), prior auth team, nurse navigators
90% Onc, 10% Hem (develop a niche in one or more disease sites if desired)
