seeking a Locum Hematology Oncology Physician for coverage at two medical centers
• 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with call
• Clinic hours: 8-4; Call schedule TBD
• Patient Contact Hours: 6
• Clinic Days: 8
• Procedure/OR Days: 0
• Telehealth: Yes
• Medical Hematology/Oncology coverage for 4/5 days per week. Inpatient coverage of both sites
• Services offered in the practice:  Patient assessments,  new treatment plans,  ongoing treatment plans, changes in therapy,  referral for ancillary services,  end of life care,  chemotherapy management,  pain management (radiation and surgical oncology management provided by existing providers with strong relationships)
• Number of Physicians: 1
• Nursing Support: 1:1
• Medical Imaging: Yes
• Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
• Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-30
• Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-15
• Appointment Length: consult - 40 minutes, follow up - 20 minutes
• Patient Population: Primary Clinic - Medicare/ Medicaid/Commercial; Secondary Clinical - Commercial, Medicare
• EMR: EPIC
• Required: BC/BE Hematology and Oncology, IA license or IMLC, fellowship trained, must be experienced, clean background
