Job Description
Make a lasting impact in a community that values your expertise. A leading non-profit hospital in Central Kansas is looking for a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a collaborative team where your voice matters and patient-centered care takes priority.
The Practice
Join a thriving cancer center with a collegial team of Hem/Onc physicians, APPs, and radiation oncologists
Primarily outpatient practice with a 70/30 oncology-to-hematology mix
Flexible scheduling including a 4-day workweek and rare call responsibilities
Access to state-of-the-art technology, including an on-site infusion center, Tempus AI, CT scanner, da Vinci robot, and in-house pathology
Deliver advanced, personalized care in a setting that supports innovation without the red tape
Compensation & Benefits:
$650,000 base salary + productivity model with earning potential above the 75th percentile
Lucrative sign-on bonus to support your transition
6 weeks of PTO + CME allowance

Student loan forgiveness eligibility through PSLF
