Hematology Oncology Locums Job in Michigan | Full Time Coverage Ongoing | Beginning in October | Assignment # 110222

Coverage Needed: Full time beginning 10/1/2025 plus some on call coverage ongoing 

Shift Description: Monday - Friday (8am – 5pm) - with shared call pool, APP support (5pm – 7am) 

Requirements:   
--Board Certified 
--Active Michigan license - strongly preferred (willing to review candidates that needs to obtain license) 
--BLS certification 
--Required procedure: FNA/Biopsy 
--Required duties: participation on a tumor board, orders tests, orders images, prescribes  

Assignment Details:  
--Practice setting: inpatient consult service, outpatient clinic, and infusion center 
--Patient population: adult and geriatric 
--Goal for this position is to be nearly all hematology 
--Number of physicians in practice: 6 
--Radiation oncologists present during coverage 
--APPs providing coverage: 5 inpatient and 6 outpatient 
--Average number of patients per day: hospital (10-15); outpatient (15) 
--Credentialing: 90-120 days
