Community-based Oncology/Hematology, with a nicely varied/well-balanced case mix
Reasonable patient volumes of ~12 pts/day - focus on quality of care, not quantity
Zero call required
4-day work week available
Highly experienced support staff - 4 Oncology APPs & extensive nursing support
Regular tumor boards & access to clinical trials
Rad Onc & Palliative Care on site
Easy access to subspecialists for collaboration/consultation
Extremely competitive compensation: $700K starting base salary & $200K signing bonus, plus generous additional wRVU bonuses available
Executive-level benefits: 35+ days off, 5% 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice, relocation stipend & more
