Oncology Hospital Based job located in Ohio

Facility is seeking a locum Hematology Oncology Physician split between 2 locations
--Clinic coverage (15-20 patients)
--Weekend call coverage
--Required to go once a day when on call

   May 27 (8:30a-5p) clinic 1
   June 2 (8:30a-5p) clinic 2
   June 2 (night call, 4p-8a) clinic 1 and 2
   June 3 (8:30a-5p) clinic 1
   June 6 (8:30a-5p) clinic 2
   June 6 (night call, 4p-8a) clinic 1 and 2
   June 7-9 weekend clinic 2 and clinic 1 (starts at 4p on Friday June 6th to 8a on Monday June 9th)
   June 9 (830a-5p) clinic 2
   June 13 (8:30a-5p) clinic 2
   June 16 (8:30a-5p) Marion clinic coverage
   June 16 (night call, 4p-8a) clinic 1 and 2
   June 17 (830a-5p) clinic 1
--8:30a-4p for week day coverage
Support staff:  1 app 1 RN 1 MA
--Patients per day:  15-18
--Patient population/age:  18yr and older
--Checking EPIC In Basket Daily/Empty daily (will be attached to previous Locums)
--Placing own orders (nurses will help if needed) ** DO NOT OVERRIDE ABN WARNINGS
--Sign outpatient notes by EOD or End of following day. Report off to next provider in On Call Rotation.
--Take after call coverage when scheduled
--Round on any assigned inpatients in the morning-repeat as needed and complete consult notes by EOD.
--EMR:  EPIC
--Required: BC Oncology, OH license or IMLC, DEA, 1 year experience
