Oncology Hematology Locums Job in Oklahoma | Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call | Immediate and Ongoing | Assignment #113392

Coverage Needed:
-- Immediate and ongoing

Shift Description:
-- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
-- 24-Hour call coverage 2-3 days each week
-- Provider must participate in weekend call rotation once every 10 weeks
-- Call response time: 15 minutes

Requirements:
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Must be licensed in Oklahoma or IMLC
-- ACLS, ATLS, BLS

Assignment Details:
-- Level II trauma facility
-- Facility includes on-site pharmacy, genetic testing/counseling, and psycho-social support services
-- Covering 12 months of patient cases
-- Duties will include patient monitoring, consulting, rounding, maintaining medical records
-- EMR: Epic
-- 1 Registered Nurse and Medical Assistant per MD
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
