Oncology Hematology Locums Job in Oregon | Full-Time | January 1, 2027 - Ongoing | Assignment #115786
Coverage Details
-- January 1, 2027 – Ongoing
-- Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
Shift Details
-- Monday - Friday or Monday - Thursday, 8am-5pm
-- Full-time coverage preferred but will accept provider who can work 3 weeks per month
Requirements
-- Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
-- Licensed in Oregon or IMLC accepted
-- Residency/Fellowship required
-- BLS required
-- DEA required during credentialing
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Bone marrow biopsies
Assignment Details
-- Outpatient clinic setting only
-- 15-18 patients per day
-- 1–3 consults per week
-- EMR: ECW (eClinicalWorks) and Meditech
-- Support staff includes Hemoc trained ARNP and nurses
-- Direct hospital-based outpatient care and chemotherapy program director/provider
-- Reason for coverage: provider retirement December 31, 2026
