Assignment Details/Requirements #110299:
-- Specific dates needed: September 2-17, 22-28
-- Active Pennsylvania license
-- Current Board Certification or Eligible required
-- Monday - Friday office hours 8AM-4PM
-- Scheduled clinical hours plus on-call coverage
-- Up to 15 patients per day
-- Facility details: Level I trauma designation
-- EPIC EMR
-- Credentialing timeline of 5 days
