Practice Highlights:
4-day workweek, no weekends — exceptional work/life balance
Join 1 Oncologist and 7 APPs (APPs handle first call and most clinic volume)
Strong clinical support with onsite RN supervisor and oncology-certified/eligible RNs
Well-established regional cancer center offering advanced, cutting-edge care

Full-spectrum oncology services including immunotherapy, chemotherapy, solid tumors, and hematologic malignancies
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed competitive MGMA base salary of $700K plus RVU productivity bonus
$100K sign-on bonus and $75K student loan repayment
$15K relocation assistance and generous PTO
Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k)
$3,500 CME allowance plus 40 CME hours annually
