Coverage Details
-- Friday (5pm) - Monday (7am)
-- July 10-13 
-- August 14-17
-- November 20-23
-- Ongoing coverage until perm is hired
-- Credentialing timeframe: 3–14 days for temporary privileges; 2–3 months for permanent privileges

Shift Description
-- 24-hour call

Requirements
-- Board Certified Medical Oncology
-- Board Certified Hematology - highly preferred
-- Active Virginia License
-- BLS
-- Clean background

Assignment Details
-- Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
-- Trauma Level: Level III
-- Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
-- 70% oncology and 30% hematology; no internal medicine
-- One physician in practice; no APP support
-- Average Number of Patients Per Day – Outpatient: 12–25
-- Average Number of Patients Per Day – Hospital: 2–8
-- EMR: Epic
