Oncology Hematology Locums Job in Washington | 3 Days Per Week | 6/29/2026 - Ongoing | Assignment #114590

Coverage Needed:
-- 6/29/2026 – Ongoing
-- 12-15 shifts per month

Shift Description:
-- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8am-5pm
-- Site is flexible on which 3 days provider works if current schedule does not work
-- Shifts are at a community outpatient clinic

Requirements:
-- Board Certified
-- Must be licensed in Washington or IMLC
-- BLS certified or willing to obtain BLS during credentialing

Assignment Details:
-- EMR: Epic, Beacon
-- Average of 12-15 patients per day
-- Support staff includes an RN and MA
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
