Job Description

Join a hospital-employed Hematology/Oncology team at an award-winning, financially stable Critical Access Hospital recognized by Press Ganey for patient experience.

Practice Details:
  • Established Oncology program with 20+ years of community impact
  • Outpatient only practice with no call and reasonable daily volumes of around 14 patients per day
  • Design your schedule: 3 or 4 days/week available, with flexibility for other preferred setups
  • Strong clinical support includes 3 certified Oncology RN's with 75+ years of combined experience
  • An independent organization where provider feedback directly informs daily workflow and care delivery

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hospital employed role with a strong $700,000 salary guarantee
