Job Requirements for Assignment #110526: 
*California medical license
*Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years
*Clinic Monday-Friday
*Starts as soon as credentialed and is ongoing until a permanent provider is hired
*Schedule consists of routine patients demonstrating: glaucoma, diabetes, diplopia, optic nerve issues, laser procedures
*Seeking a minimum of 1-2 weeks per month, but they are looking to fill 1 FTE spot within the schedule
*Local candidates a plus but not required
*Full-time candidates will be prioritized
