- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days
- Ideally looking for 5 days a week but can consider minimum 3 days a week
- 25 - 35 patient encounters per day in clinic, 5 - 6 surgical cases per week
- Looking for someone who can do both medical retinal & surgical retina but will consider medical only
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
