We operate five practice locations across Carrollwood, South Tampa, Brooksville, Gainesville, and Sebring, supported by three state-of-the-art surgery centers. Our services include cataract, LASIK, ICL, retina, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.
Position Overview: We are seeking a fellowship-trained Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal surgeries, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to build a robust practice in a supportive, physician-led environment, with access to advanced technology and collaborative colleagues.
Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of oculoplastic procedures including eyelid reconstruction, orbital decompression, and tear duct surgeries

Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure patient safety and optimal recovery outcomes

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with ophthalmologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care

Utilize advanced imaging and EMR systems for diagnosis, surgical planning, and documentation
Qualifications:

MD or DO degree with board certification/eligibility in Ophthalmology

Fellowship training in Oculoplastic Surgery

Strong clinical and surgical skills with proficiency in advanced imaging and EMR systems

Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatments for aesthetic or functional indications is a plus
