We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist to join a growing multi-specialty, physician owned, physician led practice. All Ophthalmology subspecialties will be considered.

• Practice in a new clinical facility and surgical center
• Competitive base salary of 450K per year, plus 50k sign on bonus, plus production, plus ancillary revenue starting Day 1.

• Clientele base derived from significant referral activity from other physicians in the
  multi-specialty group
