Job Description
A highly regarded multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a Cataract Surgeon to join their growing practice. Work with a highly skilled group providing comprehensive eye care with tremendous clinical and surgical support. This partnership track position offers industry leading compensations and provides a great work/life balance.
Position Highlights:
Join a group of 8 Ophthalmologists and 11 Optometrists offering a full range of eye care services to their community.
This practice offers you a voice and provides you the resources to practice at the top of your license.
Physician owned surgical center is located adjacent to the facility.
Enjoy a friendly staff of technicians who are well trained, efficient and highly skilled to perform all work ups, assist providers, and work the EMR system.
Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights.
Compensation Details:
Transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings above 90th percentile and top earners making $1 million+.
Competitive, guaranteed base salary with lucrative production bonus year 1 and 2.
6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, and more.
Additional opportunity to buy into busy surgical center.
