Join this multi-specialty Eye Care practice that offers comprehensive care with extraordinary clinical and surgical support. This partner track position allows you to provide the highest-level care while enjoying a great lifestyle and extraordinary compensation.
Position Highlights:
Join a busy practice with extensive pathology and high surgical volume right from the start.
Work in a friendly and supportive environment with well trained and highly skilled staff.
Affiliated physician owned surgical center is adjacent to the main facility.
Full-service eye care is provided by 8 Ophthalmologists, 11 Optometrists, and full optical services.
1:8 call, no weekend, holidays or nights provide you a great work/life balance.
Compensation Details:
Guaranteed base salary years 1 and 2 with lucrative production bonus.
Transparent partnership track after just two years with proven earnings $1 million plus.
Great lifestyle position with 6+ weeks of PTO.
Executive level benefits including medical, dental, health, and malpractice insurance.
1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, relocation, and more.
Additional opportunity to buy-in to affiliated, physician owned, surgical center.
