This dynamic comprehensive eye care practice is looking for a motivated Ophthalmologists to lead one of their offices in Michigan. This partnership track position offers strong compensation plus extraordinary clinical and surgical support staff, an affiliated surgical center and a great work/life balance.
The Opportunity:
This physician owned practice offers you a voice and provides you with the resources to practice at the top of your license.

Lead one of their offices providing full-service eye care
Extraordinary facility including a surgical center located in the same building
Experienced staff provide efficient patient flow allowing you to focus on your cases
Compensation Details:
Established and transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings $700K to $1 Million
Guaranteed base salary plus lucrative production bonus years 1 and 2
6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, relocation and more
Executive level benefits include medical, dental, health, and malpractice insurance with tail
