Oculoplastic Surgeon – Partnership Track | Twin Cities, MN

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Fellowship-Trained Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our growing, patient-centered ophthalmology practice in the Twin Cities. This is an exceptional opportunity to build and expand a comprehensive oculoplastic and cosmetic surgery practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment.
The ideal candidate will provide both reconstructive and cosmetic surgical services while delivering outstanding patient care and helping grow an established specialty service line.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the eyelids, orbit, lacrimal system, and surrounding facial structures
- Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Perform advanced oculoplastic and reconstructive procedures, including:
- Blepharoplasty
- Ptosis repair
- Entropion and ectropion correction
- Brow lifts
- Orbital surgery
- Lacrimal (tear duct) procedures
- Eyelid and facial reconstruction
- Mohs closures and skin cancer reconstruction
- Provide cosmetic services including Botox®, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers
- Build referral relationships and participate in practice growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency
- Fellowship Training in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Eligible for unrestricted Minnesota medical licensure
- Strong surgical skills and commitment to exceptional patient outcomes
