Position Summary:
Our Specialty Department employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of Ophthalmologist.  The Ophthalmologist will provide outpatient consultation. The Ophthalmologist will consult with patients, conduct tests and procedures, make diagnoses, prescribe medication and provide treatment. The Ophthalmologist will collaborate with primary care providers and other professionals to discuss care plans and progress in a collaborative team approach model. Part-time or full-time positions available!


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical School 
  • Completion of approved residency in Ophthalmology
  • BE/BC 
  • Valid NYS and DEA License.  
  • Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population. 
  • Bilingual, (English/Spanish) a plus.
