- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS required
- More than 15 patients per day in clinic, adults with some peds
- General outpatient ophthalmology, inpatient/trauma coverage and surgeries if comfortable
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
