- Monday-Friday 8am-430pm with on call rotation one week monthly
- Clinic and surgery required
- 6 month minimum commitment required
- Must be available within 15 minutes by phone, 60 minutes onsite
- Glaucoma specialist preferred
- Requires ACLS and BLS certification
- Hospital privileges required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
