- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days
- Need 3 - 4 days in a week
- 30 - 40 patients per day
- General comprehensive ophthalmology, laser, cataract, eye exams with LASIK would be a plus
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
