Collaborate with 3 other providers - two ophthalmologists and an optometrist - as you provide comprehensive ophthalmology care to a population of over 300,000.

Position Details:
- 4- or 5- day work week with dedicated OR time.
- Comprehensive ophthalmology case mix includes cataracts, glaucoma, cornea disease, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
- This opportunity offers real estate, ASC, and optical shop ownership.
- Incoming provider can build patient panel based on their expertise - glaucoma specialists would thrive in this area.
- The ASC has 2 ORs and is well-equipped for cornea, cataract, and glaucoma surgeries.
- Capture the market - no other large competitors in the area.

Become the owner of real estate, ASC, and optical shop within the first year. Flexibility in ownership model with a 1 - 5 year track, depending on what incoming physician is interested in.
- This opportunity offers a generous base salary over $260,000, collection bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
