Otolaryngologist Surgeon opportunity in Phoenix, AZ
The Department of Surgery is seeking a General Otolaryngologist to join our growing practice. This immediate opening offers the opportunity to become part of a busy, well-established clinical and academic ENT service within a community-based, university-affiliated teaching hospital and ACS-verified Level I Trauma and Burn Center located in metropolitan Phoenix.
Please note: ENT providers have no facial trauma call responsibilities.
Position Overview
The selected candidate will become a key member of a robust general ENT practice, providing high-quality patient care while contributing to the department’s academic mission. This role includes active participation in the education and supervision of residents, medical students, and staff. Responsibilities include:

- Supervising and mentoring residents, medical students, and clinical staff
- Participating in teaching activities such as elective rotations, didactic lectures, and in-service education
- Providing comprehensive general otolaryngology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Engaging in opportunities to develop focused clinical interests, including otology, sinus/skull base, or head and neck practice areas

Qualifications

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Strong interest in resident and medical student education
- Commitment to supporting the department’s mission in post-residency medical education
- Excellent clinical, teaching, and communication skills
