- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST scheduling window
- Virtual telemedicine consultations for non-urgent ENT cases
- All patients referred through primary care physicians
- Focus on chronic sinusitis and post-surgical ENT patients
- Serves both adult and pediatric populations
- Ability to order imaging, labs, and medications
- Can refer patients for in-person ENT evaluations
- 7-day window to schedule appointment requests
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
