- 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
- Telehealth practice available
- Clinical evaluations for non-urgent, non-acute issues
- Majority of patients have chronic sinusitis
- All patients referred by primary care physicians
- Adults and pediatric patients of all ages
- Ability to order imaging and labs and prescribe medications
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
