Job Description
Christie Clinic is seeking a third Otolaryngologist to join their team at their Bloomington, IL location.
Christie Clinic is a physician-owned, physician-led, multi-specialty group. They are seeking providers who desire an autonomous environment offering leadership, and team collaboration, and to be instrumental in the direction of the group. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Board Certified/Eligible in ENT
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients who have complex issues
- Passionate about patient care
- Dedicated to building departmental harmony
Details of Position:
- Strictly outpatient schedule: M-F
- Patient mix: 70 Adults/ 30 Peds
- Physicians cover their own patient call
- EPIC EMR
- Compensation: 514K-600K per year plus a comprehensive benefits package
Compensation Package:
2 Year Guarantee Salary: $514k- $600k Annually- based on experience
24 Month partnership track
Sign-on- Bonus
Relocation allowance
4 Weeks’ vacation
1 Week CME
