Details:
- Join?3?board-certified ENTs?and 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Fellowship training welcomed
- $650,000?base salary?+ RVU production bonus (uncapped)?
- Proven earning potentials $800,000-900,000
- $75,000?signing bonus?
- $60,000 retention bonus ($20,000 paid at the end of year 1,2,3)?
- Quality bonus?potential up to $50,000
