Locally run program hospital is seeking a BE/BC ENT to join a flourishing and well established team of Physicians. The ENT program has 3 current Physicians and one is retiring. This is a practice with extremely high earning potential with a great work culture and staff. 2 hrs to Saint Louis and Indianapolis, 2.5 hours to Chicago.Hospital Employee .  M-F, no weekends.  1:3 Call Ratio.  $600-650K Annual Salary.  Earning Potential of $1,000,000.  WRVU production incentives.  Productivity bonus starts when RVU target to achieve salary is met. Uncapped potential. .  One week of CME + $6000.  Paid malpractice with Tail Coverage.  264 hours (33 days) time off paid.
