The Otolaryngology team in Western Illinois is seeking to add an additional ENT physician due to an upcoming retirement. This is a well-established, 400-bed regional health system and Level II Trauma Center, featuring a 16-bed ICU and a strong reputation for high-quality patient care.

Opportunity Details

• 25-30 Average Daily Census. 2-4 consultants per week
• Head and Neck Surgery, good with Bread and Butter ENT
• Office 60%, 10% Hospital, and 30% Surgical
• $550-600,000K+ as annual base compensation
• $50,000 Signing Bonus, $150K Student Loan assistance
