The Role
Step into a highly specialized Laryngology practice with exposure to some of the most challenging and rewarding pathology in the field.
Manage a diverse and complex case mix including spasmodic dysphonia, cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice disorders, and vibratory injury
Work closely with Dr. Bastian while being encouraged to develop your own clinical voice, ideas, and research interests
Engage in teaching, publishing, and clinical inquiry without the administrative limitations of a traditional academic appointment
Training Options
Early Career Physicians: A comprehensive one-year Laryngology training with hands-on mentorship and advanced diagnostic and surgical exposure
Experienced Laryngologists: A structured onboarding designed to integrate you smoothly into a high-volume, established practice
