The Opportunity
Join 3 experienced Laryngologists at this busy private practice
Caseload generally includes spasmodic dysphonia, cricopharyngeal dysfunction, papillomatosis, professional voice concerns, and vibratory injury
Consistent patient demand from regional and national referrals
Direct mentorship from Dr. Bastian with strong support for autonomy, innovation, and research
Access to a dedicated surgery center and a collaborative, specialty-driven team
Academic involvement without the limitations of traditional academic employment
Training Pathways
New Graduates - Comprehensive one-year Laryngology training with hands-on mentorship and advanced diagnostic and surgical exposure
