Summer 2026 ENT Physician Locums Job | Seeking 2-3 Weeks per Month of Coverage Starting in July + Ongoing

Jackson and Coker is partnered with an Illinois facility near St. Louis, Missouri, that needs full-time ENT locums coverage beginning July - ongoing. With coverage spanning across the clinic, OR & call schedule, the client is seeking flexible and versatile physicians that are seeking a consistent, longer-term work arrangement.

Specific schedule to anticipate: 
- Clinic (8A-5P) and/or OR Block time (7:30A-3P) each Monday – Thursday, Friday’s designated for administrative work
- Approximately 10 days each month of ED/Community call coverage

Details/Requirements #114825:
- Active Illinois license/CSR OR candidates active with the IMLC
- Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
- Open to candidates who recently finished Residency, also recruiting for a permanent Physician
- Bread & butter ENT coverage such as sinus & nose surgery cases and plastic skin surgery
- Will see some PEDs but the facility is willing to work with ages you’re comfortable with (cases primarily consistent of tonsils + tubes for PEDS)
- NO head & neck cancers, no dizziness tests or hearing aid tests for the time being
- Clinic volume: 16-30 patients/day, locums seeing an average of 25 PPD + PA seeing about 15-20
- Inpatient volume: currently low, will see some emergent surgeries (2-5 week)
- Office-based procedures can be done in the clinic (IE: scopes, excise small lesions, biopsy laser skin lesions, laser skin lesions) 
- Current staff: 1 full-time ENT, 1 locums ENT, PA-C to assist with inpatient volume
- Facility info: designated trauma center, Epic EMR, 150+ beds
