Job Description
A private group in Minneapolis is looking to replace a departing physician in a partnership track position. Enjoy modern facilities, great support staff, and limited call while enjoying a great lifestyle. The transparent partnership track provides extraordinary compensation and includes the option for surgical center ownership.
Position Highlights:
Enjoy the autonomy to build your practice as you would like with excellent clinical support
Extraordinary facilities and modern equipment including in-office CT
Ability to do many procedures in-office including Balloon Sinuplasty, ClariFix, Hummingbird TTS, and biopsies
Great lifestyle with no nights, weekends, or holidays and moderate call
Compensation Details:
Salary Range: $400,000 - $600,000
$400,000 guaranteed base salary plus production bonus in years 1 and 2
Partners earning $600,000 - $750,000
Additional opportunity for ownership in surgical center available immediately
