- 2 days per month on non-consecutive weeks
- 15 patients per day in clinic
- Outpatient surgery center and clinic
- General ENT outpatient surgery required
- ENT startup after several years without coverage
- 6 month minimum commitment with extension potential
- Chart and lab review while off-site
- Adult and pediatric general ENT
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
