Job Highlights:
Join an established and respected team of physicians providing General ENT services to children and adults.
Hospital-employed model. 310-bed non-profit community hospital. Epic EMR.
4.5-day workweek with dedicated OR block time. Wide variety of cases, no trauma.
Compensation package includes 495K base salary plus "uncapped" production incentives.
Full HR benefits, paid malpractice with tail coverage, 7 weeks PTO/CME, and up to a 200K recruitment incentive package. PSLF eligible site.
J1 and H1b visa support.
