The Opportunity:
1 week on/off, 2 weeks on/off, or suggest your preferred schedule!
Exceptionally competitive $700K salary ("evergreen"/ongoing salary - not dependent upon production)
Average of 1-4 inpatient or ED consults per day
Join a collegial, well-established practice of 6 ENTs
Work at a state-of-the-art, Top 100 hospital, located in North Dakota's largest metro & affiliated with an award-winning medical school
General/Bread & Butter ENT, with the option to incorporate a subspecialty focus if desired
Extremely robust clinical & administrative support - dedicated APP to assist with all things inpatient or consult related
$150K signing bonus
Comprehensive, executive-level benefits: 35+ days off, 5% 401K match, health/dental/vision, malpractice with tail coverage , relocation stipend & more
