Job Description

Step into a thriving, high-volume ENT practice alongside 6 talented, collegial partners at a nationally recognized "Top 100" hospital:
  • Opportunity to Subspecialize: strong demand for Rhinology/Sinus, Sleep (including Inspire,) Endocrine surgery, Head & Neck, Peds, or Laryngology
  • Unmatched support structure - Every ENT is paired with at least 1 dedicated APP plus 2 dedicated nurses
  • ENT Hospitalists to help with ER/inpatient coverage and large 1:8 call pool = exceptional work/life balance
  • Flexible blocked scheduling option also available (two weeks per month or 182 shifts annually - would consist of hospital/ER coverage with some minor outpatient surgery)

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • $700K+ starting base salary with additional wRVU bonuses delivering truly exceptional total earning potential
  • $150K signing bonus
