Otolaryngology Hospital Based job located in Ohio
Job Description
Seeking a full-time BC/BE Otolaryngologist
• Typically 3 days in clinic (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and 2 days in OR per week
• Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with little competition
• Manage an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in clinic
• Perform surgeries in one of three OR locations
• Utilize advanced technology including four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion
• Collaborate with onsite comprehensive audiology team and medical/surgical subspecialties (e.g., Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery)
• Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalist support for inpatient management
• Take backup call only while APPs cover primary calls
• Contribute to a collegial, flexible work culture with leadership that values work-life balance and physician wellness
• Have input into practice patterns, schedules, and patient volumes
• Access Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds
• Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
• Base salary range: $515,000 to $800,000 annually, continuing beyond first contract term plus wRVU bonus, etc
• Bonuses include: sign-on bonus, stipend, relocation assistance, productivity bonus, and other incentives
