ENT Physician Locums Job in Ohio | 24-Hour Call | 10/10/25 – Ongoing | Assignment #111240

Coverage Needed:
-- Start Date: October 10, 2025
-- Ongoing Assignment

Shift Description:
-- 24-hour Call Coverage
-- On-site presence required during daytime hours for consults and emergency room call
-- Off-site call during nights, with potential call-back to facility

Requirements:
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 3 years of completing training)
-- Active DEA
-- Active Ohio license
-- BLS and ACLS
-- Surgical procedure required: Tracheotomy

Assignment Details:
-- Level I Trauma Center
-- EMR: Epic
